Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered from TRNDMARKT. If something isn't right, we're here to help. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Return eligibility

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with any tags attached. Please keep your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Items we can't accept

For health and hygiene reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned: personal care and beauty products (soaps, balms, creams, cosmetics, sponges and brushes), pierced jewelry such as earrings, and any item marked final sale. Gift cards are non-refundable.

How to start a return

Contact our team through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with simple instructions and a return address. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange where stock allows.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Order changes and cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Reach out within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been sent to fulfillment we may not be able to make changes, but we'll always do our best.
