2. Scope
These Terms apply to all contracts concluded between us and a customer via this store. Consumers are natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.
3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the store does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the items in your cart. We may accept this offer by sending an order confirmation or by dispatching the goods. An automated acknowledgement of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer.
4. Prices and shipping
All prices include applicable statutory VAT where shown. Shipping costs, if any, are displayed before you complete your order. We currently offer free standard shipping as indicated at checkout.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of order via the payment methods offered at checkout.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are stated in our Shipping & Returns information and are estimates. We deliver to the countries shown at checkout.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.
8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as set out in detail on our Right of Withdrawal page.
9. Warranty
The statutory rights in respect of defects apply. For consumers within the EU this includes a statutory liability for defects of two years from delivery.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under applicable mandatory product liability and consumer protection laws. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of a material contractual obligation, and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
11. Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Applicable law
The law of the seller’s place of business applies. For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer provisions of the country in which you are habitually resident.
13. Severability
Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
